Consignments from third countries (or parts of third countries) containing food and feed of non-animal origin listed in the Annexes to Regulation (EU) 2019/1793, as amended, shall be subject to temporarily intensified official controls at border control posts upon their entry into the European Union and at the control posts.

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1206 revised Regulation (EU) 2019/1793 and amended the annexes.

The annexes in the version set out in the annex to Regulation (EU) 2026/1206 will therefore apply from 30 June 2026.
